every good message is laborious to the ear and cumbersome in the keeping....some of us have learnt the wrong way that some diets are necessary for life.....its not a laughing matter, shindwe mafuta, shindwe junk food, before the doctor tells you that you actually have to keep away from it.....I am speaking from esperience
